couldnt watch the game but as a raps fan I would think it would be very enjoyable to watch.

Some of you however need to calm down, if you take a win or lose this hard then I would advise you to stop watching basketball for the goodness of your health.</p>

Please dont ever bring up any arguements of USA vs. Canada, it just takes away the respect from you and the site.</p>

after seeing the suns loss too last night, I didn't feel so bad. a game's a game, bring on Philly, who also beat the Bulls.

Yea peg, Leo was a pretty good basketball player back in the day.</p>

I find TJ is really improving his defense. As I watched him last night, he was really getting in Kidd's face and playing tough defense. He was breaking through picks and making smart plays. Calderon is just an overall good defender. He knows how to play the game, and plays it well.</p>

Some notes about the game and this thread:</p>

1) The Raptors dominated the Nets. They played to their full potential. Every team has nights like the Raptors had, when the basket seems 2 feet wider. They caught fire at the same time that the Nets were on the OTHER end of the spectrum: nothing went in and the players' confidence went from</p>

2) Some of the Nets fans here need to admit to the loss, get over the whole thing and look towards Philly, which is an important game against another division rival.</p>

3) The Raptors fans, on the other hand, need to calm down and stop pretending that this game proves anything, whether it's that the Raptors are better than the Nets or that the Nets just suck.</p>

4) Both sides need to understand that after one, two, three, four, ten and even twentyregular season games, you can't just conclude conclusions about your team.</p>

5) Canda has plenty of good basketball players. Just off the top of my head Magloire, Nash and Sam Dalembert come to mind.</p>

6) Don't make this a USA-Canada debate.</p>

7) Sean Williams schooled Humphries.</p>

8) The Nets aren't old. Only Kidd can be considered "old" in basketball terms. Whoever said that the Nets' key players are "old", would you mind saying exactly which players so we can all know? Because, if I remember correctly, the Nets have three key players outside of Kidd and their average age is 27. Anthony Parker isn't old either, by the way.</p>
 
Why? We shouldn't underestimate Philly. The Bulls did and they paid for it. If we lose tonight, it'll be dissapointing, obviously. We're the more experienced and more talented team. But remember, we're on back-to-back games and the morale probably isn't too high after a near 40 point loss. Losing isn't the end of the world.</p>

It seems the Raps fans don't want us to move on before we admit that they are great and we suck or something. The Raps had a good game. Congrats. The Nets didn't play well. The season isn't over yet. They can recover, and I think they will.
