It's a very nice job. I like it much better.

It is a good looking board but I'm a little puzzled why everyone seems to have 38 trophy points (whatever the hell they are) And how does one go about getting a LIKE.?

You get likes when someone likes what you say. Stop being so grumpy and negative.![]()

^^^back at ya...(I "liked" your post too.)
...but I think we could use a "you suck !" button also.
So if you & Vic liked my post why didn't I get two LIKES? or can you only get one per post?
I'll get the hang of this yet. Now, why does everyone seems to have 38 trophy points & how are those accumulated?

How about you stop being a dick. I asked a question, how you equate that with being grumpy or negative is anyone's guess. But then again, that's you.

Alerts can be customized/removed through "preferences".
The pages can also be customized by using "Adblock" or a similar filter.
You can "watch" threads and forums. When anyone posts in one of your watched threads or forums, you get an alert. You don't have to reload the page to see if someone posted in one of those.
You can control whether you automatically watch a thread by posting in it via your settings.
Ok, I kinda figured that, but my question, I guess, is more, after I read a thread and there are no unread posts in a thread, the numbers don't go down, they remain there and keep going up... Aside from ignoring them, do I just customize/remove that feature as '59 suggested?

Mouse over the alerts and there should be like a dropdown menu of alerts that came in. If you mouse over for a bit, they all get set to "read" state.
On my iphone, I tap on Alerts at the top and the dropdown appears. I leave it there for about 3 seconds and they all go to "unread" state.
All I can say is it should work.
You're not being descriptive enough about what it is doing and what it is doing wrong for me to help...
I don't do apple...
I have an old piece of crap about to be upgraded in 2 days Samsung Stratosphere... My Verizon Tablet though is pretty new and it wouldn't let me either...
That's actually pretty good as a description goes.
On my phone, I see this:
View attachment 4574
Similar on the iPad.
Do you know the model of phone you have?
I bet it works with the new one you're getting...
I'm guessing that has a very old browser and version of android. You might try installing Google Chrome on it. If you do, try it and I bet it works.
