I hope Wes recovers but that said, he tends to be macho about pushing injuries to the side sometimes and his achilles bothered him long before it snapped while he was here. Two seasons ago he said he needed to be more patient with recovery but doesn't sound like he's doing that now. I fear this is like BRoy telling the Wolves he feels great!

if he reinjures that Achilles badly again by coming back too soon then he's probably done IMO, it would be stupid to not give it all the time it needs

I remember when Martell came back early from his foot injury and played awesome until he injured it again like two games into pre-season.

Webster has had some decent years with Washington. I wouldn't mind signing him to a veterans minimum at some point.
