All or nothing. I'm extremely happy we made it to the western finals but ending that getting swept would be pretty disappointing. Especially without durant.

It would only be dissapointing if stotts stays.

He said the season is over. That is giving up hope.
Provide the exact wuote, because I read the thread youre talking about, and he didnt say that.

Either way, you're calling out way to many people lately over pointless stuff. And thats coming from me. Just give it a rest.

Well I’ll still be watching, and hoping. I honestly dont “think” the Blazers are winning this series though, they may make it interesting and that’d be cool, and if they find a way to win great!

I felt like game 2 was a huge opportunity to put pressure on GS, but mainly I was just ticked off last night and early this morning, and probably said things I shouldnt have, I’ll own it. I let that loss get to me, way more than I should have.
Cant vent out of frustration without people trying to use it against you later as if it was conpletely literal.

Dude. We’re still gonna be fucking loud. This series is just getting started.
For sure it will still be loud but psychologically there is no way for it to be as loud being down 2-0 as it would've been if it was 1-1. Even the ticket prices plummeted.

If Kawhi leaves and Toronto blows up, we should try to get Ibaka

Yes, it's still bad because we'd be tied 1-1 with a legit chance of a championship.
I'm the first one to tell you that game 2 loss was a missed opportunity. But they take care of home court and this series is absolutely not over by any means.
Go win game three.

Sounds about right

Personally I don't think opposition noise bothers the DUBS. Draymond is louder than most noise.

Fans of any team are welcome here, as long as they're following the rules. If you can't civilly engage fans of other teams, just ignore them. Please don't attack them, thanks.
Fans of other teams have no place here. This is a Blazers forum. Try to go on other teams' forums as a Blazer fan and see what happens.

Look...i dont get why he's here but he has a right and you have an obligation to be civil.
But here's the deal...
I think every fan of every team wants to experience what Rip City is...
Can you blame them?
We're the best that's why he's here.

Some interesting stuff on how the Warriors are defending Lillard from Kirk Goldsberry of ESPN (it's not an article bashing Lillard).

The Warriors aren't even giving Damian Lillard a chance

I could name the posters who are always looking for reasons to trash Lillard, but I won't. But, even though that was rather a simplistic article it should be required reading for the Dame-bashers

"The Dubs have built a game plan designed to suppress Lillard's scoring activity and dare other Blazers to beat them"

it's still the same damn thing: When Lillard has been limited by a good defensive team with great perimeter length, it's up to other Blazers to pick up the slack, and they don't. Denver only had one perimeter player with length, and their interior defense wasn't that good. The Warriors, like the Pels last season, have several perimeter players with length and their interior defense is very good.

in the two games, Dame is shooting just fine...he has a .599 TS%. CJ only has a .446 TS%. Harkless has a .698 TS% and Hood is at a .726 TS%. The problem is that Hood and Harkless have combined for 35 shots while CJ has 42 shots. Meanwhile, Dame only has 28 shots, and limiting Dame to 14 shots a game is a template for the Warriors to win in 4 or 5 games

this is the 4th year of this team in the playoffs and their 7th playoff series and the Blazers still don't have any good answers when a good defensive team focuses their defense on stopping Lillard

Yeah, no... You don't get to tell me what Im obligated to do.

True. I usually don't have to since I'm accustomed to dealing with adults who have class and intelligence.
But I'm learning you're a "special" case.

Kawahi isn't leaving and if he does he's an idiot if he leaves Toronto so soon. It takes more than one year for a team to win a championship.why would he want to start over again?

Why did he sit out an entire season with a routine injury? Why did he threaten to sit out a second season if the Spurs didn't trade him? To put it kindly, the guy is highly ego-centric.

I tend to think because of the timing to which this poster is here, it is to troll us and enjoy our pain... Now that said I don't think thats a reason to treat him bad, but it sure is... interesting.

Isnt trolling against the rules?

Yes, but simply being an opposing team's fan and discussing the game/series isn't trolling. Obviously fans of other teams are going to have opinions that are different from Blazers' fans opinions, and probably unpopular here--that doesn't make it trolling.
