Should the Blazers move Seth into the starting line-up?

So the players have no autonomy or responsibility? That's bullshit. I know you and others want to be able to blame one person but that's just ridiculous.

They ALL deserve blame. HOWEVER, the players go the way via the way their coach prepares them.

Time for some new ideas.

Dame needs a mid-range game for next year.
What happened to his floater? He spent a lot of time developing that, and it was quite effective, but he hasn’t even attempted it these playoffs.

We need to figure out a way to keep this team pretty much together if we can. I don't think we need to go making some big personnel moves. I think the improvement we need to make can be made within the framework of the current roster.
I agree. We will be better for the experience of a deep playoff run, and improvements can be made without drastic roster changes.

I just got my Lillard jersey but now I might return it... thanks for showing up Dame

It could have been a lot closer if there weren't any missed FT's. But you could tell there was no urgency the last 7 minutes of the game by the Blazers. Gotta play all 48 minutes hard if you want to beat the DUBS. Still need to win one more to move on and after what happened against Cleveland a few years ago, I don't concede anything till it's over.

Damian Lillard This Series
Game 1: 4-12 FG’s, 7 turnovers
Game 2: 6-16 FG’s, 2 turnovers
Game 3: 5-18 FG’s, 5 turnovers.
15 Made Shots-14 Turnovers

I watched this game, and maybe it's projection, but it just looked like the Warriors ripped the heart out of Portland at the end of the 4thQ in game 2.

as soon a GS started the 3rd Q tonight, Portland looked deflated

All the Dame hate -- go screw yourselves if not for Dame they would not even be here so do not forget that -- i am OUT
I think it’s shitty offense and strategy. I’ve hated for many years the way they just walk the ball. Good example is when new players came onboard they wanted to run th n Stotts or somebody yells and say send it to Dame or cj who then proceed to walk it up the floor. Stotts and coaching staff just put that Draymond effort and energy of pushing it up floor on a loop and watch it until next year.

They came out ready to play. They were prepared by their coach.

They didn't want to play as hard as Thompson and Green, so they lost.

As simple as that.

This is the only game all year, our 100th game including preseason, where I was upset afterwards. This is a bummer. I want to return the T shirts I bought.

The Warriors only made 8 threes. We shot more FTs. And we get destroyed.

Its true. He ran back in defense at 30% on multiple possessions. Wouldnt cut or move when he didnt have the ball. Jacked up a bunch of BS hero-ball shots.

I know you dont anyone ceiticizing the Blazers on anything, ever, but Dame deserved it. And I'm NEVER critical of Dame.

I'm not going to blame anyone. It is what it is. If the Blazers decide to make a coaching change thats good. Probably time for something new.

Now this is stupid ass post. Beyond stupid.

LOOK at his starting frontcourt today. FFS.
Sure they were responsible for his pathetic play, Meyers played probably the best game of his career, but hey let's blame him and defend Lillard again again and again for terrible Performance. Just accept the fact that Lillard is not even close on Currys level in the Playoffs, and some other players too

Fouling and making the Blazers shoot free throws was a great defensive strategy.

I remember when the series started the talking heads were making it about the best two back courts in the game. Seems so long ago. What a joke lol

I feel like regular season blazers would have won tonight with nurk and a non haggard missy mclillard pants

It wasn’t Meyers as much as Chief and Harkless.

He played bad. Hes still being keyed in in like a MFer. I know you dint pay attention to defense like that, but if he had competent frowards and a head coach that knew how to run an actual offense, he could easily be the best player on a championship team.

Woah man... I’ll take WCF trips any day. This isn’t the same old shit, we just don’t have the horses to match GS, with Nurk and Enes healthy, we may be up 2-1 rn.
We lucked out with the bracket and Dame going apeshit in round one, but he shot his load and got to feeling himself too much after dad dicking Westbrick. Denver absolutely choked in game 7.
