Specifically, what are the chances we trade up to #1? Is it worth the cost?

I'm thinking both our lotto picks obviously, provided NJ isn't top 3. Then something like Wes and Eliot or even Batum?

I think, and a lot of people agree, that Anthony Davis will be a star.

Pull off that trade, sign Deron Williams...

Is there enough left over to field a well-rounded squad?

I'm curious what you all think.

No one is going to trade the #1 pick to us.

The only way we get that pick is by lucking out (again) in the lotto or trading LaMarcus.

A team would have to really really love two prospects we could draft with our picks and love either babbit or ewill. So unless your the bobcats its not happening.

I cant see a team in full rebuild trading the #1 for lma. Would need to be a team that thinks lma makes them contenders which I dont see any team in the lottery thinking that.

It's possible, if John Nash gets a GM job somewhere before the draft.

We deserve the number one pick after all we've been through.

I agree, and I do think if we end up in the 9th spot we win the lottery. Dunno why I just feel it.

considering out history with #1 picks, i think im happy to just be where we are

I definitely think we'll aggressively shop Wes at the draft, but can't imagine he and 2 "less than" picks will snag us the #1...
