...and you can add to the fact that they've committed the most errors in all of Baseball (11)...and allowed 9 unearned runs in 9 games....not a good combination.
 
Yankees enter the Tropicana Trail tomorrow needing a good point man. Lets see first series at that shithole 2012, Yankees swept, 2013 lost two of three, 2014 split series. Game 1 of the '14 series was the one that gave us false hopes. Sabathia pitched a 3 hitter, McCann went deep looked good. Then the team went on its ass. Have not looked up how many tickets are available, normally the Yankees draw well but no Jeter retirement in conjunction with a poor start won't make for a good draw. Girardi gains more sympathy from me with each passing day.
 
Hopefully the Yanx can sweep at the Trop, but I'm not holding my breath, -(3 days is too long)...!

I've never been a fan of Girardi's but you just know that if this trend continues he's the one that going to get most of the blame despite the fact that Cashman gave him basically shit to work with.

...the Steins just gave Cashman a vote of confidence by giving him a new contract...I don't see them admitting they made a mistake by doing so...Girardi will be the first to be fired...if Cashman is let go it will be during the off season.
 
Maybe they all just thought moving the coaching staff around was the biggest problem to solve.

Yes indeed, they are in last place in their division - 3 games back, not 6 or 13....after 9 games....

They currently have the best ERA in the division, top half in scoring in the league, 3rd in HRs, top half in SLG% and OPS.

I'm not jumping off the bridge and I'm not running around with my hair on fire.

Just my humble opinion and contribution.

Unless the Yanks continue to play shoddy defense, those other numbers will carry the team to a better record than LAST PLACE and more than the 80-84 games most are predicting for this team........or maybe you believe having the best ERA in the division along with being ranked in the top half in scoring, near the top in HRs is a recipe for last place.....than you are a tormented genius. Lmao


Oh wait a minute, the Pirates and Nationals are also 3-6, ....poor basterds....I wonder if THEY also know the season is lost......lmaooooo

Nor does anyone here (Yankee fans) give a rats ass about what other teams are doing, You throw out stats like they make a difference which at this time doesn't mean jack-shit because the team is not doing well.
