He is a friendly guy and in turn made this place a better place to talk. A lot of places are a lot more strict and don't give people more chances like Tony does. I give him props for it, because he created this forum the right way.

Oh yes.. I was also a mod, then for some odd reason I was demoted from being one.. but I deleted alot of worthless posts, banned bots, and suspended some bad eggs..I cant believe this "leniant" argument gone on for like an entire page??.. so stupid

<span style="font-family:Arial">I never said it was a big deal to be lenient, I just mentioned it's a part of BBW's success. I never said that it took effort, or it was hard to do.</span>
 
Smush was very lenient and look where that took FBB...there has to be a good balance of it...Honestly, except for CB32, BALLA, Combs and the other few bloggers...nobody contributes nothing to this site besides posting.(the people who run the games though contribute)

Meh, I thought a lot of people did blogs...I know there are a few that are dead though.

I make 2 or 3 topics a week and post obviously but that's about it.
 
I just pretty much go arounds to different topics - and laugh at some post I see. Mostly in the sim league, offtopic, other sports sometimes, Celtics section during the season.
