What I want is for my wife to give me permission to give great gifts to my relatives by marriage. I probably won't get it.
Next is a great computer.
After that comes a larger screen TV than my current 46" TV because my eyesight will never get better, it only gets steadily worse.
Then will come the flowers that we're going to decorate on some graves of our loved ones.
Last will come a prime rib dinner with a rotisseried wagyu prime rib roast. Which reminds me, I can now have food that is high in potassium because of a new potassium binder medication that I got prescribed by my dialysis doc. This means I can have asparagus, potatoes, tossed salad with tomato and baby artichoke heart, even orange juice which includes screwdrivers.

Hey, you should embrace being home with your children. Me and my wife have no children and you don't know how lonely we are without children of our own. Having your own children makes you one of the luckiest people on earth.

I rode shotgun for a mail truck driver who shacked up with a Vietnamese woman. He got her pregnant shortly before leaving the country and left suddenly. Ugliest piece of shit I ever encountered.
I really liked the Vietnamese and wanted to volunteer at an orphanage but got my orders for emergency reassignment stateside when my father suddenly died in a tragic fishing accident in the lower Deschutes. My brother was with him when it happened and witnessed the whole terrible event. He was beside himself with grief.
 
There's really nothing that I need or want but the title question reminded me of my fav Xmas song...his girl is not only a looker but she can wail !

I knew my father well. We could communicate without talking. He would gladly have given his life if he knew it would save mine. In this instance it may well have saved my life since I had just volunteered to be a helicopter door gunner. Hey, I was 20 years old and never said I was very bright.

I believe that if guys like Trump had done their duty perhaps I wouldn't have had to go and faced this horrific life long 100% disability. Oh the choices the youth make.

I just got a shiny new(er) president for Christmas! The old one was a piece of shit from the get go. It wouldn’t (or couldn’t) work, it sickened countless people (and even killed a quarter million of them), it made incredibly annoying and endless loud, vacuous noises, sucked up every loose nickel around the house and never stopped going around in circles and banging off walls. I never felt safe with it around my wife. And every single accessory that came with it was utterly useless. Too, the old one cost one fuck of a lot of money to maintain it over 4 years. And now it won’t shut down even after the plug has been pulled. Boy did I get a lemon with the last president I received. I can’t wait to try out the new one and throw the old one in the garbage where it belongs......
