I want to see less Whiteside and either less Carmelo or Carmelo as a small-ball center.

I also wouldn't mind seeing more Hoard if we don't get my first choice which is Nurk and Zach back.

Whiteside is one of our three best healthy players. I just wish he had even more stamina.

Either a lot of wins or a lot of losses, general improvement from our younger players, would hope to see more from the younger guys to get an idea what we have, continued growth from Ant.

Besides good basketball and run at a playoff spot....

I'd like to see Anfernee playing free and aggressive over the next few games. Think it's important that he has some confidence heading into next season.

Same with Trent Jr. and Nas. GTJ is quickly developing into a legitimate rotation player and Nas had some good moments before spraining his ankle.

And if they are 100% percent, Zach and Nurk out there together to get a glimpse of what next year could look like.

The young guys to get most of the run, Collins and Nurk to come back and develop and get their legs under them, and to win about 1-2 more games so we can get a high enough draft pick to get or trade it for a difference maker so this season wasn't a total waste in the end.

I confess I have already given up on Simons. Cue landslide of people pointing out how young he is. Yes, yes, I know. But I like to be ahead of the curve. I gave up on Telfair his rookie year.
Kid can shoot threes and jump and has occasional flashes but is horribly defensive and doesn't have a frame to put weight on. He'll just break our heart like Martell Webster. Plus he's another project that I suspect Olshey is deeply invested in and will refuse to include in trades for genuinely useful players.
However, I certainly won't hold it against him if he proves me massively wrong.

Trent starting at SG. Little playing 25+ mpg. SiMons looking like an NBA player.

I don't think I'll see any of these things.

I would like to see someone put restrictions on how many minutes Terry Stotts can play Dame and CJ. That mother fucker is shaving years of Dame's career just so we can maybe stay within spitting distance of the 8th seed.

I'm at excitement level 0 over Simons as well.

I’m not a big fan of Simons. Trent can become a good rotation player. I’m interested to see both Gabriel and Little develop. These four will no doubt be on our bench next year. But this leaves our bench pretty weak - I don’t see this group scoring 35-40 a night.

If we re-sign Whiteside and Nurk is healthy enough to start next year, then our second unit might be Whiteside, Simons, Trent, Mello, Little......with Dame, CJ, Nurk, Collins and Hood as our starters.

I’m not sure that such a roster finishes higher than 5th in the West. The above needs a Tobias Harris-type and Hood as part of the second unit for me to get excited.
