Not for everybody, I will say. It is a tricky read. 1984 is probably a better place to start. David Foster Wallace will make you want to stop reading a few hundred times, much like my posts. But, when you finish, you will be glad you did.
My problem with reading has always been that I would stay up all night. I went to sleep way too late last night but that was early compared to when I used to read all the time.

Or play BF3 like I did a few years ago. I guess I have an addictive personality.

I have the same problem. Ugh. That is why I'm reading this right now. I should be asleep right now.

Believe it or not, "go high" isn't the motto of every one of the 75% of voting age Americans that didn't vote for Mumbles McGee.

I say go wherever the fuck you want.

Sort of on this topic:

Judd Gregg, a former Republican governor and senator from New Hampshire, said that for Trump supporters, concrete changes may be beside the point, at least initially.

“They’re more interested in the verbal jockeying and the confrontational verbal approach than the results,” he said. “So as long as he’s poking a stick in the eye of the people his constituency feels are a problem, the rest won’t matter.”

I'm sorry, has someone woken up from a weeklong hangover of drinking liberal tears to find that people are pissed off at the world going down in flames?

It was already going down in flames. Thanks Obama!

Oh yeah, and his Secy of State, too.

I will have no part of Assholity . Schmos such as municipal administrators and their brood that deserve it can take the honors.
