Well Marcus Williams would take over. I don't think he would have the same impact as Kidd though. It will really suck if Kidd retires without a championship.

If Adams fails his physical I guess he wouldn't be able to play.. But, when he played in Arizona he looks like he's in pretty good shape.

Williams will have a good chance in winning the rookie of the year, but winning the Atlantic without Kidd will be a feat.
