Everybody has something that sets them off. We know what triggers Dems politically (see below), but in the bigger world, day-to-day life, what is your personal trigger? What bothers you so much that you can never let it stand without responding/acting? I'll tell you mine, I have 2, later in the thread.

Rude people.

I'll play
  • Complaining about specks in other people's eyes
  • Politics of bad faith
  • Bankruptcy abuse
  • Infidelity
  • Increasing the national debt
  • Sharing poor screenshots of memes
Bingo, infidelity.

Triggers:
When some stupid shit says "Know what I mean?....when no issue was presented.
Asses that pretend they care.
Foreign Aid!!!!
Our armed forces forced to battle in shit hole countries that we have no business to be in while their politicians spend the weekend in their heated pools.
The jerks that tail gate you, pass, give the finger and then turn in their driveway a quarter mile ahead even though I drive above the limit. East coast drivers have issues.
Dudes that pick their nose, dewax their ears and wipe snot off with their fingers in public either randomly or in a package.
Getting the "Sorry not a winner" result on my lottery tickets.

C'mon maris, you started it and said you were going to post your triggers.

Triggers:

People who use the word "literally" figuratively.

Drivers who enter and get stuck in intersections because traffic ahead is backed up and they don't care.

People who text while having a real life, in-person conversations.

So like me. Lol. One more.

Drivers who intentionally drive to the end of the exit only lane, to merge onto the freeway at the last second during rush hour. Like stafford road exit in 205 north bound.

Basically anyone who thinks that once they get behind the wheel the road is theirs.

1. People that hang one shirt in the first locker at the gym and don't put a lock on it.

2. People that are 2 parking stalls from the cart return and leave their cart by the car next to them.

3. People that approach a red light, cut you off to get the first spot in your lane and then sit there for 10 seconds when the light turns green.

I could go on and on. We really need a modern day Ms. Manners.

Ohh yeah. Me too.

You are fucking dead to me!!!!!

Oh, why didn't you just say Cadillac owners or California drivers in the first place.
By the way, you take stafford road to overlook to get to my house.

Because i would have said Prius drivers and cars with the bicycle emblems on the license plates.

Lol.

I don't take Stafford road home. I don't even take 205 anymore. Moved out of the city fir this and many other reasons. People are just more selfish behind the wheel in the city. Its sad too cause im sure most are fine individuals outside their cars.

In the city, space and time are at a premium. Hence, you've got to work to get your little niche on the road and get home before dark.
I can attest to two things:
1. Traffic is worse in Seattle;
2. Traffic is even worse than that in St. Louis;
3. Getting around San Francisco or LA requires a four year degree from Harvard on manipulating your way home on the road.
Friday, my wife and I were driving down Hwy 217 from Hwy 26 at one end all the way to I-5 at the other end at about 1:00 pm and we hit heavy stop and go traffic. What is our little world coming to?
I remember just before I went in the Army, I could get from any part of Portland to any other part of Portland at any time of the day in less than half an hour at the most.
