Hmmmm.......my dad was an HVAC guy and owned the company. He’s the one that told me I didn’t want to be a business owner and told me to work in the public sector. Great advice though I never made anywhere near the money he did....
UC Daddy; I wanted my son to complete his certification and specialize in the field. He works as a General Contractor for a large real estate investment company. I told him to stay with the plan while he works but goals don't stay in his vision. I acquired State licenses and for my semi retirement I work as a part time building/housing/fire inspector in 3 towns. I just left the auto auction job yesterday but it was fun and the guys I worked with were great. However, making 2 1/2 times more per hour is far more appealing. That's the way to go! If any of the people in this forum can acquire State licenses it will suit them in the future.

You view everything through the eyes of a racist, which MarAzul is certainly not.

I took his post to be clearly pointing out the minimal IQ needed to excel in the NBA. No racial message at all. No drug message at all.

As someone who was a big Mighty Mouse fan, I have to concede he is probably the dumbest Blazer in history.

Is it a dog whistle call if I can hear it?

Whatever they want, if I had kids, provided it was legal and did not harm others.

My brother is a librarian, my sister is a caterer, I'm a technical writer. Our parents did not dictate any of that.

It's a very different world now. Finding jobs is harder. A bachelors degree isn't worth as much as it was.
