What the "experts" are saying about Blazers vs Nugs

Since Murray went down I think MPJ has a legitimate case for #3 on this list.
Neither he or CJ could guard my dead grandma
And MPJ was over 50/40/90 at one point after Murray went down. Small sample size but the added usage was clearly trending the right way for him.

that said ...

We should absolutely smoke the Nuggets without Murray.
Doubt we will but I hope so.
And I think the coin flip has more to do with them missing 1-3 rotation players
No excuse. We’re missing our starting power forward. With Collins, we sweep. Without him, we win in 5.

Man, with way you talk up Collins as the starting PF, you'd think he put up Michael Porter Jr type numbers instead of (checks stats)...7 points and 6 rebounds and half a block per game.

Well at least his defensive rating had to be off the charts, right?

Oooh wait, it was 117.

Well her PER must've been really high then.

What? it was *below* 10?

His WS/48 must've been well above league average (of .1), right?!

Nope, it was .052

I don't need to be an expert to say that if the Blazers lose this series you will 100% use not having Zach as an excuse.

Just stop. He's played 11 games since he was designated the 'starter'. He hasn't shown that his presence makes a huge difference.

That poster is a troll. I wouldn’t take him serious. He’s as objective as a mother is bias towards her first born

I do not see them blowing us out any of the games. Will take a series victory any way we get it though.

You going to any of the games? Want to go with my son but he just got his first shot Thursday. Hoping they have a vaccinated section so I can buy single tickets and it be closer to a normal game experience.
I'll be at Ball Arena for Games 1 and 2 with my son screaming for the Scarlet & Black. Hoping the altitude doesn't play too big a role.

I think game 5 or 7 would be the only games that it may play a factor. It is a little tougher playing there on a long road trip. The team has had plenty of time to adjust since the end of the regular season and both teams will be traveling at the same time.

Have fun!

If we win this series, it will be the 4th series Stotts has won without HCA. That would be seriously impressive.
Except for the fact that Stotts isn't the one winning us those series.

Denver listed as one point favorite on their home court so essentially a draw.

they may be listed as the favorite but I don't think they are. Not missing Murray, Barton, and Dozier in the back court and Rivers questionable. If Rivers can't go, it will be Campazzo, Morris, and Harrison. They'd probably have to use Gordon at SG and go with a big lineup
