Event What triggers a Mod to delete a thread?

I merged the threads. Chris has nothing to do with it. Insult me all you want, it's perfectly fine. Keep insulting staff and I will delete those posts. It's not that difficult.

I did not insult anyone. He was on duty when the threads I created were deleted. I asked if he did it? His response was has I posted. I expect this is intended as
and insult but I don't really give a shit.

Since you seem to be the one that did it , then you can explain what the fuck you did or why. I can't even recognize my post from what you did.

Perhaps you don't give two fucks about my post either. But then Let us talk about what the fuck the purpose of the forum is supposed to be.
 
Well @SlyPokerDog seem hell bent on insulting this conservative member.
It does seem strange. But I guess the last few days have been a strain.

Well if my posts / threads have ever been a problem no one has PM’d me to tell me so maybe its just a matter perspective.

I am also not sure what threads you believe were merged or deleted so I will admit right off the bat maybe Im not educated enough to speak well on the subject.

It bothers me though, over all so many threads are about the same things, with the same arguements, with the same groups of people insulting each and sometimes worse insulting entire groups of people, that if a few of them go missing it doesnt feel like were losing much. Last count there were like 7 threads on the main page all about Mueller dating back like 6+ months, merge them all why not? They’re all the same stuff...

In terms of mods changing posts, I think personally Id rather have my post deleted, I dont have to defend something I didnt actually say if a mod changed it. However its not my forums or my rules, so whatever happens is fine I suppose.

The reason why this thread triggers me so much though, it seems like a thread that going into it nothing good was going to come of it. If you wanted to have a serious discussion thread deletions and merging, you could PM a mod, or start a thread that doesnt right start off like you’re in attack position, mods are people too and when you put them in a place of having to be defensive you change it from a discussion tonan arguement. Saying “what triggers a mod to do this??? out in public without much explanation seems off base to meZ
 
For the record I dont know who insulted who, and who started it and all that drama. I dont need to know either.

You were wrong about accusations that you made.

Your threads were not deleted.

Chris had nothing to do with it.

Chris is not picking on you, or suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Chris does not have his head in his ass.

Chris, or anyone else who are staff are not "on duty". They volunteer their time and put in hard work.

If you wish to view my deleting of your insulting post about Chris as an insult to you that is your right.

I apologize for you feeling that your not being able to insult staff is insulting to you. I'm truly truly sorry.

MarAzul started 3 different threads about the Mueller report so I merged them into the Mueller report thread from yesterday.

Threads are merged all the time. It's not done to insult anyone. It's not done based on political views or leanings. It's done to keep conversations on track and contained.

Ah! Good point.

I did PM the mod that appeared in the duty list to the right. I asked him if he deleted the thread? While actually hoping he would also tell me why. Let it sit there a long time. No response

So I started this thread. (the attack position as you call it! )

Still no response.
Until I come back this evening and see that Craig had answer "No". So I asked, Do you know who did?

Craig answers back, "No and I don't give two fucks about your threads. Ask Sly"

So here we are. I can't even recognize the thought in the new subject I was trying to bring forward in what they call a merge.

I dont know what to tell you, in my opinion CC shouldnt respond like that, but he can choose to respond however he wants I suppose.

Its hard to feel like conservatives on here have it too badly when theres a few pretty lengthy threads about AOC being terrible and something about all the hate filled liberal people or something like that. Mueller is in the thread title of a lot of threads too, did we need new ones?
Not that I think the internets running out of space for new threads anytime soon.

And this is where you made the error. I started new thread to differentiate from the report to where I thought we we going next. An entirely different thing.
But I guess you did not read or take the time to understand, being a busy man and all. But in any case the thought was lost in the merge.
