What you Gunna Tell Your Kids About Our Generation?

I know a lot of sh*t has gone down in our generation..so I wanna know what you guys are gunna tell your kids about what life was like now... in the 90s/00s

I'm not really planning to tell them about specific things... but I will tell them everything about itThat is if I have kids

I think I would tell my kids about..like specific events..not just the bad thoughSeptember 11thJuly 7thGulf War (I was only young but it was still part of my life..knew soldiers in that war)Iraq WarDeaths of the musicians..Bradley Nowell, Tupac, Biggie, Big L, ODB etc...All the memories with my friends and how much fun I had in high schoolColumbineY2Kand I will definitely tell my kids about all the great movies, music and technology, fads and people of our eraI dunno if there's gunna be a future war but if they reinstate the draft and I go to war..I'll tell em about that

I'll probably tell them that music has gone to sh*t pretty much after the break up of Nirvana in 1994. That only a few great bands survived after that like Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foo Fighters, Weezer, etc. I'll tell them about 9-11, Y2K, Columbine, Iraq War, the fall of the you.S.S.R. and the breaking of the Berlin Wall, and about the greatest bball player on earth played during my day(Michael Jordan). Tell them that our generation pretty much screwed up everything from nature to music and pop culture. Tell them that everyone in my time was very materialistic with thier Hollister and Abercrombie clothes. The uproar of gas prices. Stuff like that. Myspace will probably still be up by that time, so you know, they can look at that and get a ton of answers lol.

But yeah I don't agree with asufan because I think their have been good shows. I mean every generation has their bad and good ones.

I'll not really tell them anything other than 9/11 and the wars, I may tell them about the Irish troubles if I feel they need to know about that desperate time in Irish history, event hough that was like in the 60's to the mid 90's.

However, I know they won't find it to be of much interest because my parents always tell me about their childhood and I pretend to be interested...

I've got to add the Mexican pride crap that was going on before summer began. That was annoying. Really! I'll tell them about that, for sure.
