what's a fair commision?

What he does have is a Lakers Final ticket 3 rows from the floor for the entire series (behind the basket). he wants me to list it on ebay...asks me what a fair commission of the sale would be.



wonder how much I can fetch for it? $1000+? what commision? I'm thinking 5-10% for having to go through paypal and cut him a check?
