Lanny is one of the nicest and most intelligent people I've ever met. Total class act.

And his wife is even nicer.

The first time I ever went to a game with Lanny he points to the FT shooting percentage of the Blazers during the game and says, "that's the same as the resistance of a capacitor in a circuit." Or something like that. But he said it like it was something everyone should know.

Well that’s just flat out ridiculous and we all know it. The resistance of capacitor circuit is usually 42%...... id hope we were shooting better than THAT from the line!

It's the RC time constant of a resistor in series with a capacitor.
This from the web:
The RC Time Constant (τ) of a Capacitor is the amount of time it takes for a capacitor to charge to 63% of the supply voltage which is charging it. For capacitors that are fully charged, the RC time constant is the amount of time it takes for a capacitor to discharge to 63% of its fully charged voltage.
τ is pronounced tah but spelled out as tau.
One of natures constants and a pretty poor shooting percentage for the Blazers.
You've got to be an off your rocker engineer to notice something like that.
Helping to keep Portland weird in the little ways that I know.

Met Lanny and his wife at the Bill Schonley meet and greet before a game. Some of the nicest people I have met. Gave @dviss1 the hat right off his head.

I told him the hat was once worn by Lillard and proceeded to get $50 out of him. There's a sucker born every minute. Of course with you guys I'd be honest.

Just let it go. But be aware my behavior these days is in direct relation to them once again denying this simple request. Either sly or hcp could have just ended all of this by just saying straight up, “listen dude, we know it wasn't you. Now will you lighten up?”

but they wont. Then they Both ( and others) wonder why i behave the way i do and have no clue why...

because they keep denying this simple request.
And then they wonder why i think there is a clique that only wants to engage with me when they think they can make me look bad or prove me wrong.

Sly has said many things to me in private he refusesto admit in public aNd its frustrating as hell, That he will not clear my name with hcp. But instead keeps eluding the topic sweeping it under the rug.
It will come back over and over and i will be blamed for it because the main mod and the accuser will not clear my name.
And i will get blamed for it coming up over and over again.
And my attitude will remain annoying aNd “raging” as minstrel put it. Sly has three choices.

1) Get with hcp and publicly clear my name
2) continue to ignore the elephant and play ground hogs day every 6months.
3) ban me.

And before anyone bitches aBout this post. If you were falsely accused of taking a beef outside the forum aNd into another's personal life, you would want to have your name cleared too. Its only natural.

Ignorance is bliss. I don’t even know what’s going on other than some people like living in PDX, some don’t, some are hating on Portland, some are hating on the ‘burbs. Portland is being shat on while experiencing the same issues most other metros are going through.
