Unsweetened iced tea with a squeeze of fresh lemon in it is one of my favorite drinks. Gotta be careful in the South because iced tea is served with lots of sugar unless you request it unsweetened.

I use to love it before I got diabetes. I've learned to drink my ice tea very differently these days and still love it.
