I don't know anyone who has ever HAD to have one. I have heard about cases where the mother might die if not for an abortion but I think that is pretty rare.
 
It's a phrase, and one I haven't heard in far too long: "Yes I'll have sex with you for free..."

I got a two year old who says it in the most hilarious way. Roll-ah-pole. Busts me up every time.
