I'm a pepperoni and cheese or Canadian Bacon/Ham and cheese pizza kind of guy. I keep it simple.

Here I am in my glass house, hating pineapple. My go to is always pepperoni, olive, sausage.

thats my wife's. I tease her and pick the sausage off and attempt to feed it to the cats. Lol.
Pizza sausage is soooooo nasty. But im biased from working at many pizza joints. if you saw what it looks like before being cooked…. Im gagging now thinking about it. Lol.

I have, and am aware. Fresh pulled sausage is the way to go. That frozen shit, is just that.

i prefer cobblers actually. Nothing better than a marionberry cobbler still warm from the oven!
Plain old mountain blackberry cobbler with some ice cold brick hard vanilla ice cream on top. I remember when I was a young teenager that I would pick blackberries all day so that my aunt would fix cobbler for me and for the other 7 members of our two families. Nirvana.

i dod the same up until the point i moved out. My parents had a bunch of blackberries all over the back end of their property. Id come home from school and pick for an hour and my stepfather would make cobbler almost every night. and your right about the ice cream. Just amend it to some vanilla bean and its perfect! Lol

Pizza Schmizza’s Spicy Thai pizza is delicious

There’s a place next to Tigard High called “Hall St Pizza” which isn’t bad at all. Not necessarily the best pie I’ve had, but I’d go there again. The owners are very nice as well.

There ain't nothin' wrong with vanilla bean that a spoon can't cure and quickly cure in my case.

I remember the old Pietro's in Lake Grove. Man, we tore that place up!!
Lake Grove as in the district or the city? It's been a part of Lake Oswego since 1959.

ahh man. This ain't about average pie. This os about the best pies you've had! I know you can do better. Lol

Don't like pepperoni.
Make killer pineapple upside down cake.
One of the best desserts I ever made, apple pie still warm from the oven, made with apples from my tree, topped with homemade vanilla bean ice cream and warm homemade caramel sauce. I am a severe critic of my desserts but every component came out perfect.

Seriously, you're still on a dessert bent?

my wife makes the best garden fresh combo homemade pizza I've ever had...not greasy at all.. I don't like many commercial pizzas...to me they're not truly pies..they're more like Italian tostadas.......my favorite pie is strawberry rhubarb pie with hot dutch apple pie a close second.
Last slice of pizza I had in Eugene was at Tracktown Pizza at the U of O....not bad pizza..I always go for the combo but don't put pineapple anywhere near my pizza...that's one of the Hawaiian practices that never took with me
