I usually get a breakfast burrito and a coffee from the local cafe. sometimes an energy bar or odwalla juice and a coffee.

Post padding, ftw.

Meh, whatever I can scavenge out of the fridge/pantry.

Cheerios. And a glass of OJ.

Usually I don't have time to eat anything. Usually a bag for crisps or something.

As Jerry Lewis once said, "Breakfast is the most important meal of the morning."

Cheerios and coffee.

-Pancakes, waffle, or omelette.
-2 krispey kremes
-2 bowls of cereal
-fruit (apple, bannanna, or grapes)
-and sometimes hashbrowns.

Dirty sex with my women................ then a Pop Tart!

I try to watch my diet these days. When I have the time to make breakfast, it's:

2 egg-beater omlette (fat free shredded cheese, green peppers, some ham diced)
2/3 cup hash brown potatoes fried with PAM instead of oil
1/2 slice Farmer John's ham
1 Fat free Eggo Waffle w/ 10 calorie syrup

It's a big plate full off food, and roughly 400 calories. Sometimes I do 3 slices of center cut bacon instead of the ham, and/or a bagel with fat free cream cheese or two slices of 45 calorie bread toasted.

If I'm lazy, 2 fat free Pop-Tarts (400 calories), or a bowl of fruit with fat free vanilla yogurt on top with some cereal on top.

How do you have time to cook all that? I bet you don't have kids do you?

I have the same type of omelet as Denny.

As far as cereal, I have to go with fruity pebbles or mini wheats most of the time. They had forsted flakes for 1 week, which was amazing, but then they pulled it : (

It takes 10 minutes to cook all that. Two frying pans, one cooks the hash browns and the ham slice. I measure the egg beaters in a measuring cup and cook it in the 2nd pan (omlette pan). Once I start the hash browns, I chop up about 1/8 to 1/4 of a bell pepper, takes < 1 minute, and I keep the leftover in a baggie in the veggie drawer. The waffle or english muffin or bagel takes about a minute in the toaster.

I don't eat breakfast.

Rarely eat lunch, either.

Yay!

Weekdays - A Powerbar or energy shake, a cup of coffee, and a packet of Emergen-C.

Weekends - eggs of some sort, turkey sausage or real bacon, sometimes I'll make french toast for the family if I'm feeling really nuts.

One bowl of cheerios screw up my digestive system so bad. I still eat them though.

During the weekend, when I have time, I sometimes go to this diner a few minutes from my house and get a ham and cheese omelet with hash browns, and toast, and a glass of orange juice. Their omelet's are money. And always eat your omelet's with ketchup. That's my perfect breakfast. So good.

I'm hungry for one now. Good thing diners serve breakfast 24/7. Might go out tonight to get one. Depends on if the Mets start to depress me.

I have a pretty strange love of diners. The food is not terribly healthy, so I can't justify eating there a lot, but the feel and taste and atmosphere just feels very great...kindof classic urban Americana.
