Yes, Dame's shot to win the series against OKC qualifies. I was referring though to a moment in a championship game or series like "Drive, Stop, Pump, Shoot, Short, No Good... AND THE GAME IS OVER!!!!"

In today's ,gratification now society , patience is a lost virtue. It's tough being a fan sometimes. My Broncos have a pretty nice team right now , but we're QB deficient. The Blazers have a nice QB, but need more goods around him. Those are the breaks. But when you have a special player, you continue to find the right supporting cast. IMO, the Blazers can get it done. The Broncos are hoping to acquire theirs (Rodgers, Wilson) cause ,even though they have a plethora of draft picks, the upcoming draft is devoid of quality QB talent. Even though Elway was up in years, the '95 Broncos GM, Mike Shanahan found a way to build a team around him. It was successful , and resulted in 2 championships. Patience!

I know this much, you can wait a long time for "Special" to come around. Dame, while dealing with (health, new system) issues, still is special. We all hope we get this type of special talent on the team going forward, but it may never happen again. Loyalty means everything to me. Dame's loyalty deserves the opportunity for a new supporting cast to be acquired.

Man… @dviss1 and i witnessed the wave live! One of my greatest blazer experiences ever. Maybe THE greatest.
But i will admit. It seems soooo long ago.
