My right knee tries to argue with me. Stop doing squats. I tell it to shut up and do more squats.
Some hearing loss in right ear. Always had terrible eyesight. Arthritis in hands. Otherwise healthy. Walk miles every day and work with weights.
I will know I am REALLY old when I can no longer lift my heavy stand mixer onto the kitchen counter.

Same deal with me and the terrible eyesight. Could barely read the big E on the eye chart. Then I got lucky and got cataracts. After lens replacement surgery I’m 20-20 for distance vision.

Im 38 which isn’t that old and work a physical job long hours. Every morning I wake up and feel like a train wreck on my trip to the bathroom but then after that I’m good to go.
36 and same. My job can be crazy physically demanding but i think it is a blessing in disguise. I’m more fit than any friends my age, aside from the couple gym rat health nuts.

First thing in the morning, sitting at the kitchen table.

After drinking half a cup of coffee, and not getting the slightest lift, while thinking the coffee is too weak. I look down at clear hot water, and realized I forgot to add the coffee.

You know you’re old when people on this board who are 20 years younger than you start asking when they realized that they are old.

You misunderstood the question, the OP asked when you started feeling old, not ancient.

When I started making grunting noises and having to actually use my hands and arms to help get myself up after sitting on the ground for a while.
