I was thinking give them Texas and let them conquer Mexico and Central America...cheaper labor for their companies and you can pay off any govt official and everyone has guns....

No way, give them something that is not part of the United States. If they fuck it up, no big deal. If they actually do something good then we use the military to move them to Haiti, (Make Haiti Great Again!) and we give Cuba statehood.

The reason I used Texas as the homebase is that they've said they'll accept no refugees in Texas..I think they've put it into law there..MM lives down there, he'd probably know
