Whiteside has already been a starter and a solid player in the NBA for a while. My bet is on Zach to be a more consistent presence than Simons as he has 1 year more experience.

I say Simons is the best candidate for a breakout season. He showed more all-around skills in one game last season than Collins has in two years.

I voted Collins, I think he will finally get his fouls under control and start to dominate on the defensive end! But if there had been a choose all 3 then I would have gone that route. Look at how Kanter played when he came over, I think Whiteside will go ham here. Simons looks to me like a future star once he fills out.

It wont take much for Simons to have a breakout season since he has only played in 8? games? But if he can get half of what he got on his last game with consistency I will be impressed. In order to keep the minutes he will have too.
I think we are past Whiteside having a breakout season. I am just looking to see his foul shot to go up to mid sixties and develop a mid-range.
Zach will have to be the one that the Blazers will need to have a breakout

I also see GTjr having a breakout year.
I think GTjr may have a decent career just because he can shoot, but I think he plays the wrong position to get a ton of minutes, but I may be wrong.

I voted Simons. But i have a gut feeling Hassan is going to come out on fire to prove himself. The leadership of Damian, CJ, and the coaches will light a fire.
