Which Will Be The Toughest (Best) Division In The WC This Season?

For the past few seasons, it's been the SW. However, will the NW make waves this season? I think the Pacific is looking in from the outside.

Well I think it will be in this order:

1.) SAS, 2.) OKC, 3.) PDX, 4.) Lakers (last two games made me change my tone), 5.) Denver, 6.) Clippers, 7.) Memphis, 8.) Dallas (Yeah I said it)

So basically 3 in NW, 2 in Pacific and 3 in SW
