That's my exact issue with it. He panders to those types of people for votes. If you do that, you deserve some criticism for it. You get what you ask for. He then whines about that criticism like a child to even further strengthen his supporters. I just find the whole thing distasteful.

But if shown to inform people about the depth of a group and how they think it can actually be persuasive as a counter-arguement. Now mind you, I am not only a free speech proponent but I want to hear all sides including the those I find offensive, I believe it's through fully flushing out ideas that we are able to improve ourselves and figure out which ideas are truly reprehensible. Hearing how the daily stormer thinks can elucidate the issue and hopefully magnify why it's important for the president to stand on moral ground and lead the condemnation against atrocity.

I don’t know everything but from my experience of human behavior is that you won’t change everyone. But the minute you stop talking about what’s right the only voice people hear is that of the people preaching hate.

Look at homosexuality from the catholic POV. Do you think the Pope coming out and specifically saying the Christians need to apologize to the LGBT community for the way they have been treated would be the same as if he just said people who have been mistreated. No his voice as a leader made a difference. I’m sure it didn’t matter to everyone but being specific matters.
