I think whiteside and either Collins or Skall are easily twin towers. Not sure I want to ever see Nurkic and Whiteside on the court at the same time as neither can shoot outside or guard stretch 4s at the line.

I'm looking WAY too far ahead, but I wonder what the chances of bringing back Enes next year? He has a player option with Boston, it's Whiteside's last year on his deal. Despite Kanter's frustration about not being given much time, my guess is he still would have preferred to be here (I don't think we offered as much money as Boston).

Bottom line, you could have Whiteside and Kanter on the same active roster, but not Nurkic, Whiteside and Kanter. All three would be resentful, especially with two playing for new contracts.

I like Kanter. He seems like a genuinely nice guy and fun teammate. But at the same time I can't help but wonder if his personality might get a little old. We all have friends like that....we like them but at the same time we don't like spending too much time with them. Total guess, I am probably way off base.
