I have to give Olshey credit. He figured out that as long as Aminu/Hark/ET were on the roster Stotts was going to give them the bulk of the minutes.
Who knows what would've happened if he didn't? Maybe we would've SWEPT GOLDEN STATE AND MADE THE FINALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No he’s good his motor and his head are often not into it though.
I think the bet NO is taking is that the organization can bring out the Good Hassan. If you look at the past few years, players here have generally played better than they have elsewhere (with some notable exceptions--cough--Afflalo--cough---ET).

We're asking him to rebound, defend and put back. Dame will feed him when the defense gets too aggressive on the perimeter. I'm sure if I were black and rich, few lifestyle changes would suck more than MIA to PDX, but in terms of basketball, Whiteside will feel like he's been let out of jail.

Fuck. Not good. Still, I guess people were just complaining that we were overstocked with wings and understocked with bigs.

We'll miss Mo and Aminu MARK MY WORDS.
Hahahaha hahahaha joke of the year. I have watched all 82 regular season games and playoffs i can recall on both my hands about10 x where aminu and mo were really good and about 70+ games i was tearing my hair out with those 2 clowns. Both Aminu and harkless are solid rotation players very good off the bench but they can not be starters in the Wild Wild West. We were always compromised

For good or bad I hope so. Love that kids game even though he has a ton to learn. Throw him in the deep end!
It seems to me the biggest limitation right now for Collins is his propensity to foul. He has trouble staying on the floor.

In terms of his potential, he's just oozing with it. I think we forget just how young he is.

Afflalo doesn't count. That was LaMarshmallow's team. This team is Dame's.

Trying to think of a way to exploit this for a TPE, don't know that there is one for us. 3-way with MIA getting Butler and Meyers, PHI getting Josh Rich and Mo, we get Whiteside and a Mo-sized TPE from PHI?

Gotta brush up on the 2017 rules for 3-ways. No, that isn't an HCP joke.

Can someone tell me cap situation for NEXT year? Lets say there are no more trades, Baze+Hassan = 40M in savings, guessing we'll still not have much cap room

Going to have to disagree with you on that one, my good man.

But that's why they play the games. Can't wait till they lace 'em up and we'll find out!

I just wanna give Olshey some credit here. He could’ve just run the core of the squad back next year. Instead he’s taking some risks. Whiteside is a risk, I don’t care that it didn’t cost much in terms of return. Moe and specifically Meyers (and Evan) were core locker room guys. But it shows he trusts Dame and the culture to get the best out of him, because when Whiteside is on his game, he’s a terror.
