Shotclock violation bitch...what the fuck mang. Finley hit a 3.........yes...24 second violation review that shit.
 
The Kings got jobbed, man. The 3 should not have counted. Ugh!
 
They need to change that rule. Late in the game, a play like that should be reviewed. But, that play shouldn't even have to be reviewed because it was so obvious they didn't get the shot off.

I feel bad for the Kings. The spurs got 3 points for a basket that was clearly after the shot clock buzzer. Refs counted it anyways. WOW.

They should be able to review that based simply on the shot clock and game clock differential... no physical way that was out of his hands on time with remaining clock time. I feel bad for the kings.

I feel bad for us. That could potentially cost us HCA or the 3rd seed.

Even though Dan Crawford was right there, I don't think he is the one to blame. The official closest to the ball needs to look at the feet and if there is a foul, but the weakside official should have seen that clear as day.
 
I thought that they might call a foul when Sac shot the three as a make up call, but there actually was a foul and they didn't even call it

That's only because the divisional records (the tie-breaker used to decide the rankings of the Spurs/Rockets records) favors the Spurs right now.

They still have divisional games left (much like we do). It could tip the tide in our favor, if both teams win out (because the next Tie-breaker favors Houston), or if either of them lose a game it's moot (as long as we win out).

So memo to the Blazers. Don't fuck this up.

Yeah, the ref under the hoop is looking at Finley, and doesn't have the responsibility to look for a fool or at his feet. What an idiot!
 
well they didnt review it and Finley cleary is still holding the ball with the shot clock at 00....Should have been OT
 
Rules don't let you review it unless it is the game buzzer in question, shot clock does not allow for review... rules should change.

Umm...actually they got it right.

According to the official PBP, there were only 25 seconds on the clock when Kurt Thomas got the rebound off of Beno Udrih's miss. The picture clearly shows 3.1 seconds left on the game clock when Finley is shooting, meaning that even if that 25 was actually 25.9, less than 23 seconds had elapsed between the beginning of the possession and the shot.

Despite what the big red clock shows, it shouldn't have been a violation.
