Exactly this! It would be such a huge win to add Courtney Lee and the 14th pick for Meyers Leonard.

So think of something like when we got Harkless from Orlando, except things are much more urgent nowadays with the financial landscape of the league. Another reason why it would serve Portland to go “all in” the next two seasons.

Going off this list I'd like to see Portland use the TPE on Olynyk or Rivers.
I think either of those players would tremendously improve Portland's roster.
As they bring something to the table Portland relied on a limited big and a rookie for last year.

He's got player option so he can't be traded until he officially picks it up but above that you can't be greedy when getting the 14th pick.
