I would think Sochan, Duren, or Dyson Daniels. Sharpe as a darkhorse.

Offensive liability. Poor handles and plays weak. Doesn't like contact and can't score against a bigger player. NBA defenders will pick his pocket because he isn't explosive enough. No midrange game to speak of and isn't quick enough to keep defenders honest.

He will probably be a good defender though. Plays with lots of energy on that end of the court. Probably a great pick for the position Portland has. Just won't be a game changer anytime soon. He's only 19 so maybe by the end of his rookie contract he will a player that can contribute.

I think if Chauncey thinks his ceiling is significantly higher than the others, yes. Based off just skillset? I think Sochan and Daniels of the likely available talents.
