That makes zero sense since best player available is subjective.
Rose got more of the national spotlight than Beasley did (in terms of making it farther into the NCAA tourney and having more press attention isolated on him), so I guess it's understandable why Rose is everyone's hot prospect right now, but lets not forget that Beasley put up numbers better than Kevin Durant.
I mean look at these monster games he put up. Sheesh do I see multiple 40+ point, 15+ rebound games? A 30/20? Holy smokes.
Also, Claud, I have no idea how you could feel so strongly about him being a bust; part of me doesn't want to know.

I dont know how well he will play in the nba. He is undersized for the PF spot. and too one dimensional for SF spot. Plus he is not the " big man" everyone dreams of drafting. Im sure i could be wrong, but something tells me he wont be the "superstar" rose will be. Thats why i took rose over him.
