well, who do you want that is still available. hopefully a big bruiser.

Whitside? Tibor Pleiss? Tiny Gallon? Solomon Alabi?

Definitely some big, big guys left... an upgrade over Pendergraph as a prospect, perhaps.

Whiteside
Alabi
Pleiss

We could end up with one. I think Gallon will go to NJ

I'd go whiteside ... big time maturity questions, but legit size to play the 4 or the 5, great athlete. You could do a helluva lot worse on a non-guaranteed contract. Otherwise if they draft Armon Johnson I suspect that there is a deal in the works to get a veteran high level point guard as it would mean that Miller and maybe Bayless both are on the move.

Alabi/Whiteside will be there.

Though, I have a feeling they're going to take Lawal or Randle.

I'd presume it'll be either Alabi or Whiteside...hopefully the latter.

We've heard things about Alabi for a while connected to Portland. I'd guess it's him.

That guy is going to suck ... I can feel it in my gut (or maybe that was the Taco Del Mar Mondo burrito I ate for lunch?)

We've been one pick late for Seraphin and Whiteside, if that's who we actually were targeting.

Damn you Petrie! You just drafted Cousins, why did you need to take Whiteside too?

Guess that means we're not keeping Patty Mills?

Uh. Yeah. Elliot Williams and Jerryd Bayless and Armon Johnson...

Hmm...

Right ... but better yet it means there has to be a deal in the works for a high quality point guard ... Johnson is never going to be a starter, but he'll be a solid backup in a few years.

anyone know why we'd pick two non-shooting PGs who can't go right?

They're both

-- longer than Bayless
-- older
-- left-handed

I really dunno. It was like the Blazers picking a pair of four year big guys last year with both of our second rounders.

Williams can shoot it a little bit, but the real reason is that it means there's got to be a deal in the works for a high level point (or we're fucking retarded with no one at the helm).

did KP really think that Armon was worth 2M to make sure he wouldn't be there at 44?
