Especially since he had a team of people travel to Texas to find said undocumented asylum seakers, lie to them not only about which city they would be arriving in, but also claims of other supposed "benefits" awaiting upon acceptance of the flight.

They literally wrangled up some lost and scared people from out of state, since Florida has no international border, lied to them about everything, and then laughed about it to the media.
