Air Fresh and Swish15 have both been selected as the wild card contestants for round 1. You have approximately 24 hours to get your rhymes in for the battle. After the battle, we will have the people vote, just like in the other battles, and the winner will move on to the second round, while the loser is eliminated. Whoever posts first will land the first blow. Good luck to all, and have fun.

Before we begin, Air Fresh just beware
By the time I'm done, you'll be gasping for fresh air
I need to win, and I'll do whatever it takes
These is serious now, you can't afford mistakes
No more time for jokes or messing around
This isn't a game, I'm coming back with a new sound
This freestyle is so hot it might just melt
you see Air Fresh, your just a notch in the belt
I'm going to Round Two, you just wait and see
Any round with vcwannabe deserves me

No matter what you spit, it just won't outdo me
I'm 100% focused and I got the desire
If you question or doubt me, it'll just fuel the fire
This is a one man show, much like your team in Philly
I'm coming out on top, even if it kills me
I lost in Round One, no excuses or blames
But now I'm back to kick ass and I'm taking down names
You can't stop me, you can only hope to contain

I dare anybody on this board to give my rhymes a test

Is it just or did my last battle turn out like the dunk competition

the thing is, you still wont be as hot as me however
cause the same doctor told me all my rhymes are better

You should change your name to Brick cause you ain't connection no shots

Ok well we each had three verses and he said he was done since he has work. I'm done too because I have to take my Drug and Alcohol test for my permit so let's start the voting.
 
Nothing against Air Fresh but I'm gonna have to go with Swish15. AF had some new material but it just seemed that Swish wanted it more, he had the desire to win and he showed it with the passion in his freestyle. Tough battle but I give the nod to Swish15.
 
I'm saying Swish, his lines hit harder and they were more memorable. This was a really close battle, Air Fresh and Swish both dropped consistent stuff, every verse was good, but I liked Swish's better.
 
I'm going to go with Swish, I remember his lines better because they seemed to impact more IMO.
 
Im voting for Air Fresh on this one both of them came with their best stuff, but Air Fresh just brought a little more at the end I felt.
 
Airfresh

Airfresh is my favorite to win it all. weird cause i though asnsensation beat him in the first round. but i think he has the best flow.
This was the best battle yet though. Swish was awesome too.
 
Im goin with Fresh..he seems to remind of Jae Millz by the way it flows in my head, with the italics and bold emphasized.

2. Rhyme Scheme

7/10

Although I felt most of your rhymes were basic, you did try to use some multi's at the end of your rhymes so I'll give you 7 in this.

3. Creativity

8/10

The metaphors you used against Swish were definetly standouts and took away from most of the other more simpler non-direct lines you had. I especially liked the first verse with the "bullets" and "ref" references, even though the whole gun thing is kinda played out.

4. Rebutals

I liked your first and last rebuttal definetly. The middle one was just allright but the first and the last one were definetly on point.

Some parts of your raps didn't flow cause you used an incomplete flowing style (doing 3 bars of rhyming rather then 4), but other then that I thought you had a nice flow.

I liked the fact that you opened up the battle really strong with your first verse and your direct hits (personals) were more so on point then his.

2. Rhyme Scheme

6.5/10

Same as AF, your rhyme scheme was moreso basic ("Two/you", "play, USA") and you didn't really use any multi's in your rhymes that stood out.

3. Creativity

9/10

I loved a lot of the lines in your replies, as many of the personals stood out more so then AF's in my opinion.

4. Rebutals

Although your verses tended to be shorter, I loved the way you flipped the #8 line as well as the "stop Swish" line back on him.

Some parts of your raps didn't flow either ("Mason", "again"?) but overall while reading your rhymes, I could flow them in my head. However, I really felt the rhymes you used were quite basic.

OH MANNNN I wasn't counting the score as I was writing this post but Swish, you finished with 39, which means you pulled ahead.

Final Vote: Swish

This was an extremely tough battle to vote for and I have to say, the closest battle so far in the tourney. Good luck to both of you guys and whoever makes it will be a tough opponent for Chutney either way.
 
I thought it was pretty even, but I'm voting for Fresh because I think he came out on top of all of the back and forth stuff. Swish probably had some of the best lines of the battle, but overall Fresh did a better job of battling.
 
When does the voting end?

It's 4-4 right now I believe, so we need more people to vote on this battle.

I just asked him to go check out the thread and vote. I never asked him to vote for me at all.
 
Alright it just seemed like he was basing his vote on what you did in Round 1, not against me in Round 2.
