I re-read this article this morning...........all of the things Jeff said going into the LVSL and just had to shake my head. Caused me to wonder if he'll be nothing more than a bit player in his career...........then, more expediently, caused me to wonder if the Blazers shouldn't just go ahead and package him in a deal towards getting a "real" backup PF into town.............(albeit, using those same services of Camby notwithstanding....)

Published: Wednesday, July 07, 2010 - TUALATIN -- He hopes to improve his midrange jump shot. He'd like to become as adept at using his left hand around the basket as he is at using his right hand. And he'd love to blossom into more of a leader.
But more than anything, Trail Blazers forward Jeff Pendergraph has one goal heading into his second round of Las Vegas Summer League play.
"I'm trying to dominate, man," he said. "I want to dominate summer league. I want to come back when we have training camp and kick butt in training camp and push everybody. I want to get better. I want to make our guys better.
"I want to do what I can do to help us get over that hump that we seem to hit in the playoffs. That starts now at summer league and if I have come in here and go hard at everybody, regardless of who it is, then that's what I have to do.".............
