If you think about it... starting QB in major college program... to kicked off team all because of what really amounts to some over reaction about players behavior by the Portland media... what a horrible break. Having to plead guilty to something you didn't do is also horrid. I don't think prosecuters should be able to plea bargin like that. Saw a dateline show a few weeks ago where someone admitted to murder to avoid being charged with the death penalty... then they found someone elses sperm DNA on the victim.
Honestly... I do feel sorry for Masoli. Kicked off the team for finding pot in glove box. Seriously... how many college football players are NOT smoking pot?
