Chandler's max is 22. Whiteside is right around 22. It's doable.... but it really guts our team. We'd have to trade Aminu/Plumlee and drop Leonard.

Teams have Parsons' medical charts and they will go from there. Dallas maxed him out before so this is his 2nd max. If you can get a difference maker, you make the move and I (Woj) likes the move for Portland.

I think we match. Deal with his contract via trade if it doesn't work out. But I think he's going to be a very important rotation player for us.

Only two of those players were going to help us in 2016-17... Are Hark/Chief better than Whiteside? If you heard Neil traded Leonard, Hark, and Aminu to Miami for Whiteside, what's your reaction?

We are not going to add two max players. I don't see them gutting the team like that. My theory is that Whiteside was Neil's 1A. We had a meet set up with him but, Neil finds out that Whiteside has basically ruled us out, so he turns to his 1B option, Parsons. And of course, he will never say this, because we want our 1B to think he was always the 1A.

I could see us trying to acquire Kanter or Monroe. They only make 17 million. That five million difference lets us keep Harkless. Deal Aminu for either Monroe or Kanter and you still get to keep Harkless and Crabbe.

Don't really see much difference there. At the end of the day it's a player on your books for a certain price. You're entitled to your opinion, but Crabbe over Howard??
