Working Out at the Gym

This guy went through the same surgeon I'm using. Dr. Parsons at Kaiser Sunnyside. I got a chance to meet him, cool guy. I plan on getting on this level in a couple months :)[video=youtube;EDoujZ1K8ww]

He went through basically the exact same thing I did. Toxic mega colon, twisted small intestine, 3 step jpouch surgery.

My younger brother, who I got into weight-lifting a couple years ago just benched 345 lbs 3 times today.

Kid is a beast.

My younger brother, who is 16, benched 220 2 times yesterday. He has been working out for only about 2 months consistently. It's ridiculous how fast he's been progressing. He's 5'11" 170. I still get pissed at him that he doesn't play sports anymore cause he's really fast too. He was a great running back.

Thats sweet. Only problem is he'll most likely plateau soon. He needs to remember to eat, eat, eat and mix up his workouts to get out of the rut. Days off for rest is really important as well.

He should also get on Mick's "supplement" plan to get away from that low plateau. ;)

Only supplements I use are a pre-workout drink and protein. Never had a desire to do roids' if thats what your insinuating. I feels its just cheating yourself, anybody can do it.

He has been taking in so much protein though. 2 30gram bars a day and 50gram shake right after lifting. And meaty meals.

I've been in gyms since I was 14. Don't worry, bro. I don't judge.

Easy there, Roid Rage. I was putting the kids down for bed. I'm not that way, but I'm flattered.

Put up a picture bud. You used to always rag on people for having opinions while "hiding anonymously behind a message board".

I know you secretly wish I was "that way", but sorry.

Its funny that you think me asking to put up a picture is "roid rage". Sensitive much?

Funny, I was thinking the same thing about you after I gave you a hard time. Get the BP under 140/100, and let's talk like adults?

I don't have pictures of me posing with cut off sleeves. We call that "white trash" where I'm from. Not that I'm against it, though.

lol, I'm kinda flattered that you think I'm on roids. I'll take it as a compliment.

I still want you to post that picture though. C'mon man, sack up and lets see your gorgeous mug.

Ya think? Show me your abs, er mug, shit talker! :ohno::ohno:

abs? I never asked to see your flabs. I just want to see a face behind this shit talk.

I remember the first time I posted in one of your threads you stated, "who the fuck are you?"

Ah, so you fell for my "asshole" approach. Looks like that one works, ladies.

What's he on? D-Bol? I hope he doesn't get Crohn's or a related colon desease.
