Working Out at the Gym

It's definitely not a common occurrence, but it was a weekend and I literally felt like a machine. At one point I looked up at the clock during my workout and it had already been 2 hours.

Do you guys order most your supplements from BB.com? I've found that they have the best prices, but I've also ordered from Nutraplanet.

Yeah, BB.com mainly. I've used to Nutraplanet a couple times. Avoid GNC at all cost.

Definitely, GNC's business model is to simply take advantage (and absolutely sodomize) the public's lack of fitness knowledge. I have walked out of a GNC and went on BB.com and found a product for nearly $20 cheaper SHIPPED.

White Flood is definitely up there for me. Craze though is amazing and I recommend it if you haven't tried it. An absolutely insane focus/energy/endurance. The first time I took it I lifted for nearly 3 hours and could have kept going...the crazy (no pun intended) thing is is that there is absolutely no crash whatsoever and it actually acts as a a relatively decent appetite suppressant.

For me PWO would definitely go:
1) Craze
2) White Flood
3) MP Assault

Are you sure you weren't on Adderall?

Craz and White flood have similar ingredients to EPO Blast.

So far, so good. I know it's ready when I start to feel tingly.

Nope. My brother and some friends have though. So I have decent enough knowledge about it. If your looking for a quick fix and don't want to bust your ass at the gym, its not the route. If your going to do it a strict lifestyle is important.

The most extreme I've ever gone is OTC testosterone boosters that you can order at BB.com and such.

I've tried a few OTC stuff like Tribulus and Tribulus+Horny Goat Weed but with little noticeable effects.

I find it odd that the NBA banned DHEA, that stuff barely raises T levels to the high-end of normal.

I tried a product called Bioforge and ran 3 bottles consecutively as suggested. Saw slight strength gain, but the best aspect was that I started seeing deeper cuts than I had before. I was more defined than ever.

Oh, and I wanted to hump every chick that passed me.

Tell me what to drink before I hop on the stairs to drop some serious pounds!

Platz was a fucking boss. Not sure anybody will ever have another set of wheels like Quad-zilla

Bump.

Mike O'Hearn claims natty yet he has more lean body mass than a prime Arnold:

I want to try whatever he's on, just as long as it's not HGH.

The guy on the left quit HGH after years when his shoe size went from a size 10 to a size 14!

I'm calling bullshit. Can't really tell for sure though.

Kali Muscle still goes around claiming natty.

O'Hearn has a physique that is probably better than a prime Arnold. That article pretty much sums it up.

You want to see a crazy physique google the name Simeon Panda. He's never been a competitive bodybuilder. Just a model from England.

I've been doing ab exercises and I have this one big round muscle in my belly area.

Has anyone dealt with back issues?

My mom does light workouts, mainly cardio, and is totally immobile for over a week with acute lower back pain. Started in the lower back, which is fine now, but that pain moved to the upper back.

That's a nerve issue, right?

Sciatic nerve. She should go see a chiro.

I've dealt with a little lower back pain before, but never nerve damage. But it sounds like how people have described sciatica.

She went in and it was worse than I thiught it'd be: adverse reaction to a flu shot!

She can't walk without help and in pretty much constant pain without the hydrocodone.

Silver lining: you don't have to worry about nerve damage from a disc issue - the vaccine should leave the system in 19 days.

Scary stuff.

Weird. I had no idea that a person could get back pain as a result from a flu shot. Its a good thing it isn't a nerve issue.
