Trying to look objectively, or as some of you say negatively. Going from best player vs best player, Butler and Dame basically cancel each other out. Towns and CJ are pretty close, but Towns is the better player. Then to 3rd best players and Nurk vs Wiggins. Nurk is better. Then the supporting cast of Dieng, Teague, Gibson, Crawchuck, Muhammed vs Harkless, Aminu, Turner, Vonleh, Davis or Napier. I give the edge to Minnesota.

So IMO, right now, the puppies have a better roster.

I might do the trade for KAT, as mention above, but disagree on the "better roster" part because I do believe the current Blazer team has better chemistry and is a better team as a whole. However, I'm also realistic that in the modern era, a transcendent all-star helps dramatically in your odds to win a title. If Dame wins with the current roster it will be because of good coaching, amazing chemistry and his sheer will to win. I could see KAT winning a title with lesser coaching and chemistry.
