That was a great Raw, loved how they threwback to his Pegasus Kid years in NJPW against the legend Jyushin Thunger Lyger. I can't believe they have those kinds of footage and have not put them on DVD. Also, glad Vince dropped this stupid angle and it's sad when a situation like this is needed to get it through people's heads.Edge's had me going and so did Malenko's and Chavo's. Heartfelt stuff from guys you know were close to Benoit. Too bad Jericho, Angle weren't able to give comments.
 
Really sad event. Been a Benoit fan since his early days in WCW. Right now I really don't know what to think. WWE.com reports it has been a double murder-suicide. Benoit one of the best known technical wrestlers. And was apart of the best stable in professional wrestlingRIP Nancy and Daniel

I was joking in my vince mcmahon post if yall couldnt tell, but yeah its F*cked up that he's dead. Im very interested to find out how it happened. Who is the next wwe wrestler to die now? It seems like they are dropping every year.Owen Heart,Andre the giant, Mr Perfect,Eddie Guerrero, and now Chris Benoit. What is it with WWE and people dying?
 
What ever happened to Chris Jericho and Triple H anyway? I watched part of tonights show and wondered why they arent wrestling anymore.

Wow..sucks that the dude went out like this and had to kill his family too. I mean if he had a problem with his wife....that's sick in itself but love pushes people to do crazy things. but if he just killed his kid to for the heck of it? Last report I heard is he's not interested in returning at this moment with the current storyline(Vince's death) on hand. He's distancing himself, maybe that's changed now but I don't expect a return any time soon.And Trips is out with an injury. Should be back by August.
 
wow double murder-suicide... this could be true, no im not joking about it, there's a real chance that he did kill his family and himself.
 
RIP Chris BenoitI came back from work tonight, turned on RAW which I had recorded on my DVR, and the first thing I see is "In memory of Benoit." Damn... how sad man. The guy was truly one of the greatest wrestlers ever.So far everything I've read suggests that he killed his family over the weekend, and then himself earlier today... which I don't buy because he flew back to Atlanta yesterday before the Vengeance PPV, so how could he have killed his family? I can see how he possibly killed himself, but I still don't believe it...
 
This is the latest: Supposedly his wife suffofcated his son, and when she called him home and told him. He strangled her. After this he wrote a suicide note and sulked around for a day only to hang himself.
 
I believe he would, the steroids, drugs, medication, and all that sh*t probably got to him and he snapped.. Theres about 60 pro wrestler guys that have died before age 50 in the last 20 years because of all that sh*t..

wow I dont believe any of that sh*t. benoit was a great man and he was going to be a major part of the wwe. why would he do this? no way...edit... what a 'great' time to get 555 posts
 
^We shall find out but it's not looking good. If he did, going to leave a black mark on his career and wrestling in general.
 
Investigators will announce the official cause of death at 3:00 Est.If Benoit's family got killed and then he murdered himself R.I.P. Chris Benoit, but if Benoit murdered his family and then hung himself then I don't send out any condolences to Chris but instead to the Benoit family.

Wow, I don't know what to make of that if his wife really did that. But CNN is also flashing a conflicting report about Benoit doing it. Again, I'll have to wait and see what the offical report is, I read a quote by a officer on the investigation, saying it was going to one bizarre incident.
 
Well that does sound like a bizarre incident. I dunno man..if my wife stranged my baby kid I probably wouldn't have killed her..but I'd a been enraged too...If that's true, ya still gotta feel for him.What a eff'd up case to be in.

They most likely were in some spat, she did that to get at him, and he lost control. It seems like a pretty reasonable scenario for what happened.
 
I guess...but everything I am seeing and reading now says he killed them both.
 
That press conference was brutal to watch. I didn't even realize Benoit had left that early to go home.

Well this is sad, I still choose to believe somthing just came across benoit one night and he snaped, it dosen't change the fact he was a great guy who was also a great wrestler.R.I.P. Nancy Daus, Daniel and Chris Benoit.If you don't like what im saying then ignore it please.
