I wanted to watch ECW last night but didn't get home until around 10 and then had to take my brother home so missed it. Hopefully Smackdown will be fun to watch Friday but I know it won't. And little off topic: Edge is a great wrestler and everything but I just can't get warmed up to him as a solo wrestler, I think he was much fun to watch when he was with either Christian or the Brood. Same with the Hardy Boyz, they're nice solo wrestlers but I love them when they're together.

For a while, I chose Stone Cold Steve Austin over The Rock on the mic, but after watching hours of Rock promos, his mic skills just won me over. And I read spoilers for Smackdown Friday, not impressive.I think Edge has been great as a solo wrestler. If he never went solo he would have never got the WWE Chmapionship and World Heavyweight Championship. But I also liked Edge when he was with The Brood and with Christian. Yeah, I'm watching it on the regular US channel and its been like this for a while, I think it started soon after HHH got hurt because that was a main reason I stopped watching. I have no idea why but I'm getting both of them for some reason...

I never knew Golddust was dusty rhodes son. wow. I thought gold dust came out of an egg or something.

WWE has had a hell of a recent week. 3 guys coming in...Chris Jericho, X-Pac, & Cody Rhodes
 
x-Pac and Jericho what show? And yup, for some reason I get both spanish commentators plus JR/King. We moved to another house more down the street and at the old one we got the same thing.
 
WWE wants X-Pac back. X-Pac wants to go back to the WWE. You do the math.Chris Jericho pretty much made it obvious on Larry King Live he will be back with the WWE

Jericho should go to Smackdown but will most likely end up on Raw(overcrowded as is). That's if he does decides to return to the E. But he'd be dumb to head to TNA(which is going under, wrestlers are unhappy, wanting out, no sense of how to run the company, conflicts in direction, pushing vets over younger stars, shorter matches). TNA used to be a company people thought would be competing against WWE, instead they just stole talent from ROH/indies and did nothing with them.On X-Pac, BLAH! I used to like him as 1-2-3 Kid. But I guess his neck injuries took a toll and he just ain't that good. It's bad to have a term in wrestling after you called the "X-Pac heat". Which means people generally boo because they dislike you, not because you're a heel and doing a fine job at it.
 
All I know about WWE is that Raw > Smackdown lol. I also just play those wrestling games because they are really fun.
 
It looks like this board has enough people that like wrestling so someone should make a wrestling forum exacatly like this. I'd join lol

Smh, Smackdown sucks so damn much they didn't even have a main event match. The best match of the night was a tag team match between Major Boys or w/e and Chava and some other dude. WWE sucks so damn bad man, its impossible to get back into it.

Monopolies ruin sports. wrestling used to be interesting, now its unoriginal and dull. yet people still watch. :no1:
 
^It's because WWE has adopted this more young crowd. There are seriously 2 year olds that go to WWE live events. These kids are too young to realize how much it sucks. They never saw the Attitude Era, so they don't know the difference from how good it use to be and how sh*tty it is now
 
I hate how WWE is so set on making sure Raw is the number one show in WWE, hence why SD! got raped in the draft.

I mean, I understand the brand separation was to give other guys a chance to shine, but it really hasn't done much considering they're just moving all the good guys to RAW and keeping the second-rater guys on SD...

I hate how the womens matches are always over in like 3 minutes but the guys matches last like 30 mins. it should be the other way around.
 
Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton tonight. Impressive on the WWE writers. Finally somone different than the same old sombitches
