OT Xbox One Issue

My son woke me up this morning saying there was an issue with the Xbox one. When you turn it on its just a green Pixelated screen. Anyone heard of this or know how to fix it?

Seems like both consoles have issues though. Glad I waited. Did you try calling Microsoft support?

Not yet. Trying to figure it out. It doesn't even go to the Xbox start up Green screen. Its a Pixelated green screen and I can hear the start up noise but thats it

If you are still getting artifacts and pixels, try swapping HDMI cables with another HDMI device you may have. If this solves your issue, then you have a defective HDMI cable. You do not need a specific XBOX HDMI cable.

Does the tv display properly with other inputs? If not then it is likely the tv. Do you have another tv to try it on.

Fixed it already though. Just unplugged the TV to reset it and plugged it back in
