In that case, I think you CONSTANTLY make an ass of YOURSELF with your perpetual whining and dopey "sky is falling" attitude regarding everything which concerns the Yankees and Cashman. Who the hell appointed you as the standard bearing "Yankee fan"? Lmao....maybe you should calm down a bit? Maybe you should look more often at your SF Giants' yearbooks?- at least you'll be connected with a "real team" and a legitimate good MLB GM....wink!

OOPS! I think I struck a nerve. But you're right about the good GM.

some children are so starved for attention, they'll do anything just to get negative attention, even if its an ass whipping.

some people just cannot be happy, unless they're bitching about something, or enticing a riot with a peace loving group......

Pass the Raid.....!!! Or- is a rat trap in order......?

Orioles, Giants and Angels are interested in Justin Upton as per ESPN's Jim Bowden.

They need a LFer so it'll be one or the other. I'd like to see the Yankees land Upton if they move Gardner but I don't think either him or Miller are going anywhere.

I watched Yankees Hot Stove tonight and they think that Gardner could be a trade chip for a starting pitcher, but who knows.

CBS Sports reports the Dodgers no longer appear to be in talks with the Yankees for Andrew Miller as per Jon Heyman.

Jason Heyward to the Chicago Cubs as per MLB Network.

Fox Sports reports that Jason Heyward's contract with the Cubs is 8 years 184 million as per Ken Rosenthal.

Holy shit! the kids a pretty good player but sorry, he's not $23M per good. WTF?

Yeah it's crazy and now the Cubs are looking for a Starting pitcher. Wonder how much they are going to shell out.

His #s last season were 13/60/293 How the fuck does that warrant this kind of contract.

To you it does.

And of course to YOU it doesn't- it simply cannot!....lmao.....
....otherwise it would conflict with you're agenda and you being a card carrying member of the "sky is falling" society when it comes to anything Cashman (or the Yanks) try or actually do.

I have no doubt whatsoever that a few "visitors" or new contributors to this board will immediately sniff out and recognize the narrow minded biased attitude against Yankee management AND towards any poster who doesn't belong to, and doesn't march in lock step with "sky is falling" membership of this forum.
Still kinda comical...... anyone (in this case me) who doesn't seem to be, and isnt constantly in attack mode regarding Yanks' front office, is ridiculed and dismissed out of hand as being always wrong, odd, or some type of "relative" or employee of Cashman.
Lmao....like some kind of medieval tribunal.......
Very sophisticated with alot of foresight..... Oh yeah, lmao

Hey Rick, I've lost count of all the insults, innuendos and attempts by you to paint a picture and try and generalize me in a negative fashion- so, where I come from- I simply defend my character, my opinions and point out the general atmosphere this board which embarrassingly has degenerated into an immature anti-Yankee forum.......and YES INDEED, the vast majority of this board ( all 6-7, lol) or ANYONE ELSE is entitled to opinions, and I enjoy discussing the face value of various deals and moves made by the Yanks, and thus far, I have favored two of the three moves the Yanks have this far (12/11/15) made....we can look at what the players have done, and of course these deals will actually get a chance to play out in the upcoming season.

I'm very comfortable in my skin as a Yankee fan -
I, like well over 90% of the YANKEE FANS that I know are anxious to see the final "product" breaking ST camp, and how the team performs during the reg season and where they end up when the dust clears.

No room for some idiotic anti-Cashman, anti-Yankee front office agenda.
I guess we can ask for all those other "front offices" who and have run their clubs in better more successful fashion...Not saying Cashman is AT THE TOP....prove why and how many other "smarter" GMs are there than "Trashman".... lmao......just by referring to him by his 2nd known name ON THIS BOARD kinda tips the hand of the "sky is falling" society of Yankee fans.....and part-time Yankee fans,/ part time SF Giants...lol....Yankee fans I KNOW will take the opinion regarding the Yanks of a "part time SF Giants' fan" with a grain of salt...but will accept it and file it under the questionable allegiance category....lmaooo!

...just curious, where exactly are these "90%"?...and why don't they support you by posting here?...and why don't you hang with them instead of subjecting yourself to us horrible Yanx fans on a daily basis?

...your math doesn't add up, because at least on this forum it seems that the wide majority doesn't agree with you.

...fwiw;

Yeah this is better then watching The Amazing Race finale.......

Its the off season, there's only about 5-6 of us still posting & things tend to get boring this time of the year, but what we can always fall back on & take comfort in is an individual poster here who never fails to add the comic relief that we all get a kick out of. He seems to have this very unhealthy man crush on the Yankees GM (Not that there's anything wrong with that) And he does tend to embarrass himself often enough, BUT...that doesn't make him a bad guy. My guess is that he's just trying to fit in. So Lillie, go easy on him & stop teasing him.
