Gardner battered 208 in August, & is hitting only 188 in September. And is currently 4 for his last 35

Headley is batting 147 for the month of September & is currently 2 for his last 31 with 13 strikeouts.

Rodriquez battered 153 in August & is hitting only 226 in September. And is currently 6 for his last 34 with 16 strikeouts.

4 hits in 3 IP, 1 BB; not really good, that would come to 12 hits over 9 innings....but he is masterful at times, painting those corners, ......

He's getting hit to much tho'.......4 K's,......this is a nail biter of a game.....IMO....

i know i know, its not chief joe's fault, yea, i call him chief joe cause he stands there in the dugout with arms folded like an indian chief, stoic, someone should put a feather out the back of his hat, well anyway, he put the line up together that has done shite, he takes out nova who was not pitching great, but he was effective in that no runs crossed plate, 110 pitches, is his arm gonna fall off chief joe??? pitching change after pitching change resulted in 4 runs in a hurry.... but it's not on him, at all, i know i know!
