Yankees had the lucky horseshoe up their butts tonight. Rookies Sevy & Bird showed the "high dollar" clowns how to hit pitch and hit. A-hole and Ellsbury both choked in what could have been prima opportunities. Betances and Miller were much less than spectacular. Saw Birds post game interview, I like this guy, just matter a fact on issues, the Yankees are going to have to find this kid a place to play even if old "Bump" comes back. Not a pretty win but they'll take it.

...speaking of rick, last night's game had one of his favorite pet peeve stats; Miller comes in with the lead, blows the save, gives up 2HRs, allows 5 base runners in 2 innings,...but is credited with the win.
